James’s observant and attentive approach ensures the cultivation of long-term, successful partnerships, delivering exceptional value and fostering strong, effective relationships with clients.

James’s commitment to the higher education community is punctuated by his service and contributions in education-facing organizations. He is a regular fixture at many regional and national conferences, where he is often invited to share his industry expertise as a guest speaker. He is closely involved with ECHEAO, HEARO, NACUBO, NEBA, PacWest SFS, THEBO, and WSFS through various elected positions and committees.
