James Jones’ knowledge and experience have made him a trusted and valuable resource for Reliant and our clients since joining the team in 2009. With a career beginning in 1988, James has steadily proven to be a dependable guide for accounts receivable processes; including recovery, operations, training, policy development and industry compliance.
James’ commitment to the higher education community is punctuated by his service and contributions to education-facing organizations. He co-founded and remains closely involved with both the East Coast Higher Education Administrator’s Organizations (ECHEAO) and the Higher Education Accounts Receivable Organization (HEARO). He was the first corporate partner to join the New England Bursar Association (NEBA) serving as a continuous partner member of the steering committee and is a steering committee member of the Texas regional group, THEBO. James presents at conferences to educate viewers on regulatory changes or topics of industry interest and is a regular speaker on the webinars presented through the organizations in which he is a member.
