Director of Administrative Services

MeganMegan Howard assists with account management responsibilities and is committed to building strong teams, cheering on her peers and working hard to get the job done right. Over the course of her nine-year career with Reliant, Megan has been promoted three times and now serves as the Director of Administrative Services. Prior to that, Megan was a Client Service Manager, Client Services Representative and was the former Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Megan ensures compliance by confirming that all “recalled” accounts are closed, performs audits to ensure that all accounts have been properly processed after payment and mediates any issues that may arise. She also conducts new client onboarding, which includes web access training, account placement instructions and customization of reports.

Recognized twice as the Reliant Capital Solutions Employee of the Month, Megan appreciates the opportunities she has received working for the company and enjoys helping borrowers resolve their debt.
