Reliant has been collecting on the old loans for our university for several years. Since 2018, Reliant has recovered a large amount of those loans without having to assign them to another department. Reliant rocks!

Great service and courteous. Helped me to understand what I owe and set me up for a payment plan I can afford. Calls me to remind me, so I won’t forfeit the rehab.

At Reliant, the person that was handling my account was professional. She helped me with my account and I finished my rehabilitation program. Now, I am in good standing with my student loans and on-track.

After reading the reviews I was skeptical about calling. However, I did call and received amazing customer service. My customer service representative explained everything in detail. She assisted me with the loan rehabilitation program and set me up. My brother did the same thing two days later with a different representative from Reliant, and received the same exact courteous assistance.

I had been wanting to rehabilitate my student loans for a while now but was unsure of the process. My representative at Reliant was kind, understanding and helpful. She spoke to me with compassion and a desire to ensure I knew what was happening, and that I understood the processes start to finish and what I could expect to happen. My only regret is that I waited so long to call.

I hope anyone reading my review will just make the call. The weight that has been lifted off of me is incredible. These are good people, who understand hardships and who honestly want to help.

Thank you, Reliant. I appreciate all of your help and guidance.

I am really grateful that Reliant helped me straighten out my student loans. I was in default and about to have a garnishment letter sent to my employer (how embarrassing!) when I first contacted Reliant. Reliant helped me sign up for the Loan Rehabilitation Program and brought the payment amount down so I could afford it. Like they promised, my credit score increased, and at the end of the 10 months, my loan was out of collections and it is now in good standing.

It was a huge weight off of my shoulders and I went from feeling discouraged to relieved. Also, my representative and every other employee I spoke to at Reliant always treated me with respect and kindness when I called. I never felt judged or bullied for a second. Thank you, Reliant. I really appreciate you helping me turn this around for the better.

I was nearly 11 years delinquent on payments and had not communicated or taken responsibility for my student loan in any way. After a few phone calls with your understandable staff, I had signed a contract for rehabilitation, made my first payment, and was on my way to being out of default.
