Robert Twitchell recently joined the Reliant Capital Solutions team as the chief operating officer and brings 28 years of leadership experience to the company. With a focus on strategic planning, management and team-building, Robert brings a variety of expertise.
Robert has extensive experience working within business operations, human resources, immigration services, information technology, facilities management and legal and policy development. He is adept at managing cross-functional teams and a distributed workforce in multiple geographic locations.
In his previous role as vice president of operations at a Columbus-based information technology company, Robert oversaw the daily work of numerous IT and HR professionals, as well as hundreds of consultants and subcontractors. Robert began his career as a client services manager and worked his way up to becoming a well-respected leader known for implementing fresh, innovative ideas that supported the company’s daily operations and ultimately, their bottom line.
He was instrumental in defining his previous company’s culture, which led to consecutively being named as a “Best Place to Work” in Columbus by Business First.
